This Wallpaper is a tribute to Rena Ryuuguu from the Anime "Higurashi no naku koro ni " (translates to: When Cicadas Cry).

Made in Macromedia Fireworks:

ah looks awesome, its pretty well balanced in terms of features but there is something there i cant qute put my finger on.
